Had the LM 1000 for about 10 years now, doesn't get ridden as much as I'd like but have done a few big trips, West Coast, Tassie, East Coast, all from the NT where I lived up 'til May last year. Currently tidying up the V7 mechanicals so that I can ride the old thing again - a beautiful old tourer.

Just back to biking. Love the Honda, starting to hate the Lario because it leaks from the gearbox breather and the clutch pushrod and it wobbles around corners.

I had seven jap bikes before getting the mille. Did 240,000kms as a courier bike and now has over 450,000kms under her belt. Can't find another 88 mille owner in Australia. Are there any out there?

We just picked up our red Jackal and our kids think we're weird for choosing a cruiser. Both our boys have bikes (Jap) and they're now of the opinion that we've suddenly gotten real OLD. We're not - having fun - luv life - want to go on rides with as many family (Moto Guzzie Owners) as possible. We're taking our bike to the US in 2003 for the Harley Davidson 100th celebrations. Will be sitting for about 40 days riding across the US. (geting real excited and still 16mths to go).

It all started at the end of an era of horseriding, having a half ton beast fall on top of me, from under me, from the side of me, rearing up & falling backwards on top of me. Falling around the neck of a beast only to have it trample across my chest. I thought that maybe it would be safer & more demure to ride a motorcycle. I started with yz's then onto the potent RGT, then there was a hiccup, girls. What a waste of time that turned out to be. So here I am back in the saddle of my one true love, motorcycles. What a way to return the romance with a Guzzi Stone.

I ride the Le Mans every day, it has about 130 000 km on clock. Recently I was hit by a car which dinted my stainless muffler (need a new one). My wife rides the V50 (40 000 original kms) but is taking it off the road to shelve it and will be riding the Seca exclusively. I love the feel of the Guzzis, as I tell people they are ducatis that don't break down or cost a fortune to keep running. I have been road riding for about 15 years and could not be without it.

I am working in the Finance Industry arranging corporate finance overseas. My wife, Jill, and I have only just purchased the Le Mans. After I had ridden my mates SP 1000 I have wanted a Guzzi. The Le Mans has a Superrapp 2 into 1 exhaust, has only travelled 55,000kms [seems genuine] and it's red [is there any other colour]. We enjoy the bike as a 'child free space' - Yes we still are co-habiting with younger forms of life.
