Just getting back into the saddle after 25 years... why do they call this a mid-life crisis? Early rides [replete with flares and big collars..] were: 250 Diana , 450 Desmo , CB 400/4 ,XL250 ,XT500... Those were the days :)
Had bike for 5 years been off road for 4 years due to gearbox and no time ( building a house) Will have it going soon (I hope) and am looking forward to riding it again.
Retired & living in the tropics which means that for six months it's too wet to ride but also six months of great rides. Had the bike since new in 2000 & thoroughly enjoying getting back on two wheels after a 20 year absence. No hoonin', just cruisin'.
Howdy. New to Guzzis but not to bikes. I've been bikeless for a few years but I'm back with a vengance! Other interests include hang gliding, rock climbing, mountaineering and mountain biking. Cheers.....XT.
I generally just ride out by myself and I kind of enjoy that, but I'd love to catch up with some like minded people and even hopefully make some new friends. I have a few bikes, though I don't get to ride them any where near as much as I'd like. My wife is not a fan of motorcycles, but even she thinks my three girls are the pick of the bunch. Oh well, who knows? One day she may even jump on the back of one, though I truly doubt it.
Single since twelve months.two adult children. Work on a walnut orchard where it sometimes snows.
Recently seperated, new to Moto Guzzi bike after 13 years as car owner only! I feel alive again, and can't wait to take the "girl"[bike] out whenever I get the chance! Recently discovered the Ralley's are great fun and looking forward to the Ragged Fringe in September.
I've been off the road for 4 months now waiting for parts from Italy. I am quite disillusioned.
Started riding bikes at 11 on the farm and Trials. Wanted a Guzzi when a 1000 Le Mans convincingly dragged my Mike Hailwood Replica from a standing start back in 1988 on a highway just out of Newman WA. The v7 is my favourite for obvious reasons. Interests are casual rides, camping, and drinking a bottle of red whilst polishing the v7 in the shed.
I have just bought my first Moto Guzzi and I love it but would like to learn more about it tips and tricks etc.
