Started with the usual Jap bikes as a teen. Took time off for family. Always longed for a Guzzi since my brother bought a brand new S3. Came across a sad V65 at a poor man's price and have been slowly restoring it in between looking for any excuse to ride it. I love it! Incidently, I first met my wife when she came for a visit on the back of a friend's old 850. Love at first sight....for both girl and bike! The V65 has a great seat for pillions...very important!
I'm a guitar maker, with an obsession for riding which in the last six weeks has become totally focused on Moto Guzzi since we got our Cali3. My missus and I use the bike as a recreational tool to escape Singleton and have great rides around the Hunter Valley. We also plan to go on some big trips when time and work allow. She makes medieval wedding attire so we are both hands on people.
Social rider. Love going for a cruise, particularly the mountains. T4 is in good nick, justneed to get out on it more!!
This is the first bike I've owned (but not ridden). Wanted something like a cruiser without all the bling. Saw the Jackal and fell for it straight away. Not many like it in my area and really love the sound from its short pipes.
Just back into Guzzis after about a 6 year gap. Recently purchased the LM which has done a mere 25000k. Look forward to drawing on and sharing wisdom regarding these bikes of great character.
Member of Moto guzzi Owners since it began. Self employed.Engineering, precision bio-medical components or whatever else comes along.Toolmaker by trade. Love my Guzzi's.
Came to Australia from New Zealand in February 2006. Got back into motorbikes after not having ridden since my 20's. Love my Nevada. Great handling bike, great to ride.
My preference is V-twins especially Italian V-twins. I have been riding bikes for 35 years and I like good fun times and the best way to get into that is ride a bike.
