My bike, my violin, my kids, my job at the library, good friends, not a thing to complain about.
Had various bikes and built the Lomax ( www.lomax.nl ) car with 1000S engine, goes like sh#t off a hot shovel. Managed to get it registered in NSW after a lot of blood sweat and tears. Always interested in Guzzi events or just corresponding with others.

I am a student of life and a research writer. I am interested in what helps people thrive, feel rich and look after each other. I have very recently purchased what some might call a basket case GT 850, a bike that I have wanted to own for a long while. I don't think of the bike that way, but as a project that gives me pleasure and gets my hands busy after what sometimes seems too much thinking/feeling about my work, possibly a distraction,- a good and useful thing. So that is a little about me, the bike and I have a lot of sitting together to do.
In my younger years I owned an 850T and found it suited my riding style, so upon renewing my love of riding I purchased the 2006 Griso 1100. I love it. The bike handles well, accelerates well etc. etc. I work in a resonably stressful occupation (Network management and computer troubleshooting) and look forward to the ride home at the end of the day. I live 40 km from where I work but sometimes it takes longer generally because of a 80km detour on some twisties.
