I love riding Brutus, my black mk 111 Lemans; everyday if possible. Would like to get to do a few more rallies to meet some fellow guzzheads. Have a brother and a few good mates in Brisbane who also have old Guzzi Lemans. Am planning to attend the 'Ragged Fringe' in Sept and would love to travel to SA to meet some of those misfits as this is where Brutus came from. Email me if you can educate me about my bike and how to make it go faster.
Bought 2 bikes new in Italy whilst travelling. Used one a lot then sold it. This current bike was kept with the idea of post kids/house renovations, I would resume riding. However with arthritis developing, a new partner and different interests, I've decided to sell a very low mileage bike with panniers, lots of accessories
Love Guzzi's! Such sweet sound. First I have ever had and now I have baby one and a grown up one.
2nd Moto Guzzi,Nevada 750 Club before that, but for some reason I keep coming back to Italian two wheels! Started in the mid 60's on a Vespa GS 150 and got cheesed off with the small wheels and no umphhh! tried Pommy oil leakers then jap zip bikes but none had the charisma and feel of the Italian stable
Recently rescued both bikes from my wife's nan's farm shed. Both bikes are complete but haven't been riden for around 12 years. Looks like a long drawn out restoration is in store for them both.
Not much to say about me realy. Just got back from a 3500km trip on the bike. Bike is Standard Breva 750, white, with screen, luggage rack & panniers.
I am a keen Guzzi enthusiast after having owned Nortons, Triumphs, Ducatis and some Japanese machines. The EV is just right.
New bike owner - yeah it's mid-life crisis!
